    godfrey this a brilliant site ,the pictures are amazing.like the one with the brownhills fire brigade.i didn,t realise you and one of the twins ,could never tell which one ,were members of brownhills fire brigade,and one of the probert family forget his first name.i still sometimes see him around brownhills.

    super photo. Have you seen the boat lifts near La Louviere in Belgium and the original made by Gustave Eiffel, also in La Louviere?
    I think canal transport will become very important again in the not so distant future

    It’ll be nice to see the Chasewater 10K back what they finish all the works. !! For the first time in years I’m not Marathoning this year so have decided to do the Fradley 10K instead the stafford half or another 20 miler.
